About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of https://www.resinflowco.com/ and the text messaging programs offered by Resin Flow, doing business as Resin Flow("we," "us," or "our"). Our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.resinflowco.com/privacy-policy. Using our website or accepting these terms does not by itself enroll you in text messaging.
Website use and quotes
Use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting a quote. Do not interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorized access. Quotes, availability, project scope, pricing, payment, cancellations, and warranties are governed by the written quote, order, or service agreement we provide. A quote update sent by text does not change an agreement unless accepted through the applicable agreement process.
SMS program description
Resin Flow offers optional text messaging for requested quotes and quote revisions, appointment reminders, order information, and project or service updates. We also offer promotional texts about offers, discounts, and sales to subscribers who separately opt in to marketing. We send only the message categories you authorize.
Enrollment and consent
You enroll by providing your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the applicable SMS consent option on our form, or through another disclosed consent method. Service messaging and marketing messaging are separate choices. Marketing messages, including messages sent using automated technology, require your express written consent. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Providing a phone number, requesting a quote, making a purchase, creating an account, or accepting these terms does not by itself establish marketing consent. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided. Notify us if you stop using that number. An inquiry by text permits us to respond to that inquiry; it does not enroll you in recurring promotional messaging.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider may charge you according to your plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. We also honor other standard opt out keywords and clear requests to stop. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt out. After that confirmation, we will not send further messages through the program unless you provide new consent. Delivery and carrier availability
Text delivery depends on your mobile provider and network conditions. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on texts for emergency communications. Contact us directly about time sensitive service matters.
Privacy and mobile information
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.resinflowco.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, mobile information, or SMS opt in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Vendors that support delivery and operation of our messaging program may process necessary information only on our behalf.
Changes to the website or program
We may update our website, these terms, or the text messaging program. Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date, and additional notice will be given where required. Changes do not expand your SMS consent. We will obtain new consent before sending message categories you have not authorized.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Los Angeles, CA, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
